The data controller is the contracted insurance company that, based on the institute of entrusted activities, has delegated the performance of assistance services to our company.
We provide services in the areas of Roadside Assistance, Home Assistance, Travel Assistance, and Domestic Health Assistance.
We process your personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with the controller – the insurance company. This includes handling your assistance request, ensuring communication, and organizing help in accordance with the insurance company’s contractual terms.
The legal basis for data processing is the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations of the controller. Global Assistance Slovakia, s.r.o. processes the data in accordance with the controller’s instructions and based on a data processing agreement.
Name, surname, address, contact details (phone, email), details of the insurance event, data necessary to provide assistance, and other data essential for the requested help.
Data is retained for the duration specified by the controller, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to assert legal claims.
Data subjects should contact the data controller – the insurance company – directly to exercise their rights. We will assist you, if necessary, with requests such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and complaints to the Data Protection Authority.
Data is shared only with persons and partners involved in providing assistance services (e.g., towing services, technicians, doctors), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service and in accordance with the controller’s instructions.
